VitaGlide® stands behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your VitaGlide®, you can return it for a refund. Your machine must be returned within 30 days after you receive delivery as indicated by the tracking code. Because of the size and weight of the VitaGlide®, we do not offer a refund for shipping charges you may have paid to receive your machine. Returns may also accrue additional charges for shipping and a restocking fee. Please refer to the Owner’s Manual for details.
